No problem.  You can cancel at anytime.  Simply login, goto your ‘account’ details, and cancel/disable your subscription.  Easy.  Or email us and we’ll cancel it for you.

No.  Because of the nature of our service and being digital we are unable to offer refunds.  But we do offer the ability to cancel at anytime and NO contracts.  If we offered refunds, people would be able to join and then cancel and steal copies of our managed list.  We hope you understand our policies but please contact us with any questions.  Thank you.
